Job Description
SMC Corporation (India) Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a committed Back Office Executive to efficiently coordinate and manage daily operational processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring workflows, collaborating with Client Servicing departments, and identifying opportunities for process enhancement. Key responsibilities include preparing documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs) and reporting on performance metrics related to operational efficiency. Furthermore, resolving operational issues promptly and supporting team members is crucial.
This full-time, permanent position is open to fresh graduates. The monthly salary ranges from ₹18,603.66 to ₹31,147.42, with available shifts during the day, morning, and night.
