Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Customer Support in a voice process (inbound calls). The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Hindi, a graduate or 12th pass, and can be a fresher or have prior experience.
You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of ₹15,00 – ₹24,00 per month.
Location: Vanagaram, Chennai. Work schedule is six days a week during the day shift.
