Job Description
Sojitz India Pvt Ltd is on the lookout for detail-oriented and tech-savvy professionals to join our Non-Voice Process team. This position involves providing customer support and executing data entry tasks via email, chat, or internal systems, without the use of phone calls.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries, perform accurate data entry, troubleshoot issues according to company guidelines, and maintain appropriate documentation.
Qualifications: Candidates must be a minimum of a 12th-grade pass or a graduate, possess strong written English skills, demonstrate basic computer proficiency, and have a typing speed of at least 30 WPM. Previous experience in a BPO/KPO setting is preferred.
Compensation: ₹19,769.77 – ₹33,954.36 per month.
Schedule: Day, morning, and night shifts are available. This is an in-person position.
