Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Coordinator to assist our digital team and ensure seamless communication with our customers through chat and email. Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, supporting online campaigns, and safeguarding our brand’s reputation. The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. You will provide real-time support and escalate issues to relevant teams as necessary.
