Job Description
Speakerbox Media LLP is seeking a driven Key Accounts Executive to manage and nurture key client relationships. No prior experience is required; your passion for advertising and eagerness to learn are what matter most. In this role, you will help build strong client relationships, support project delivery, and identify opportunities for account expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services.
- Ensure timely project delivery by coordinating with internal teams.
- Resolve client issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Track performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Represent the agency in client meetings and events.
