Job Description
Spixar Technologies is in search of a committed Part-Time Recruiter to support our hiring needs for the sales, marketing, and operations teams. This remote role includes sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and ensuring that positions are filled promptly. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and relevant recruitment experience, demonstrating the ability to work independently and achieve results.
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Contract Length: 6 months
Compensation: ₹20,00.00 – ₹60,00.00 per month
Expected Hours: 12 per week
Schedule: Rotational shifts
Experience Required: 3 years in Recruiting and Human Resources.
