Job Description
SRK IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a dedicated behavior support staff member. You will assist individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges by implementing personalized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) and providing daily support. Key responsibilities include implementing behavior plans, assisting with daily living skills, observing and documenting behavior, crisis intervention, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate is between 18 to 30 years old and speaks Tamil. Freshers and college students are welcome to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Part-time
Pay: ₹15,628.98 – ₹52,077.50 per month
Benefits: Paid sick time, Provident Fund

Requirements
