Job Description
Star Media Network Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Executive with proficiency in Telugu and English. In this role, you will handle client interactions both in person and via phone, addressing their needs and resolving issues. You will also maintain formal relationships while ensuring timely delivery of services.
Your responsibilities will include data entry, making calls to hot leads provided by the company, and submitting reports regularly. Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
Schedule: Day and Morning shifts
Work Location: In person
