Job Description
STARGATE LINKS ANGAMALY is looking for a highly organized and proactive Travel Desk Executive to become a valuable member of our team. The successful candidate will oversee all travel arrangements for employees and clients, ensuring smooth coordination, cost efficiency, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, trains, hotels, and car rentals.
- Assist with visa processing and travel documentation.
- Manage itinerary changes and cancellations, addressing urgent travel needs effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
