Job Description
StarMaxx HR Services is actively seeking committed Customer Support Agents to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with clients through outbound calls, address incoming inquiries, and assist in lead generation efforts. Your responsibilities will also include fostering positive relationships with clients and accurately documenting all interactions in our CRM system.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with CRM tools. A high school diploma is required. We offer a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from ₹15,00 to ₹22,00 per month, inclusive of health insurance and performance bonuses.
This position requires in-person work during day shifts. Fluency in both English and Hindi is preferred.
