Job Description
Stefanini, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Junior Service Desk professional to deliver first-level support to our internal customers. This role involves managing customer inquiries through our ticketing system, attending team meetings to facilitate improvements, and keeping process documentation up-to-date. As a member of our global Service Desk call center, you will participate in a rotating on-call team. The position offers flexible working hours on a 3-shift rotation: 06:30-14:30, 14:30-22:30, and 22:30-06:30 (IST).
Successful candidates will exhibit strong customer service skills, analytical thinking, and a commitment to continuous learning. Proficiency in English communication is required.
