Job Description
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team in various positions related to land acquisition and development.
1. Real Estate Land Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities include finding and purchasing land for development or investment, researching potential deals, negotiating with sellers, and ensuring legal compliance.
2. Land Development Manager
Oversee land preparation for construction, plan budgets, collaborate with engineers and contractors, and handle permits and regulations.
3. Land Surveyor
Measure and map land boundaries, perform field surveys, create maps and reports, ensuring compliance with local rules.
4. Land Real Estate Agent
Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing land properties, negotiate deals, and advise on opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time, Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month, Benefits include food provided, day shift schedule, and in-person work location.
