Job Description
STREETVIEW FOODS LLP is seeking a dedicated Guest Relation Executive (GRO) to provide exceptional customer service to our guests. As a GRO, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, addressing their concerns, and sharing information about our hotel and local attractions.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests during check-in and check-out
- Handling guest complaints professionally
- Managing VIP reservations and room allocations
- Maintaining accurate guest records
- Coordinating with housekeeping
- Collecting guest feedback
Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, customer-focused mindset, and knowledge of hospitality standards.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹22,00 – ₹25,00 per month
