Job Description
Sumo Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Associates. In this role, you will assist customers and support daily store operations, contributing to an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with their purchases
- Manage billing counters and process cash/card transactions
- Restock shelves and keep displays organized
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any complaints
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the store
- Collaborate with the store team in daily tasks
