Job Description
Svaika Corporate Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and skilled Real Estate Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will maintain a client database, convince prospective clients for site visits, and provide guidance in property purchases.
Key responsibilities include sending property details, arranging site visits, determining client needs, and ensuring fair deals. A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel within West Pune are required.
Work hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 6 days a week (Tuesdays off). Competitive salary up to ₹40,00.00 per month plus benefits.

- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
