Job Description
Syndicate Visa Service is looking for a motivated Operations Associate to enhance our client engagement and streamline our operational workflows. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering strong client relationships and ensuring the efficiency of our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client feedback calls in English, Malayalam, and Tamil.
- Schedule VFS appointments while providing accurate details on availability.
- Address inquiries promptly and provide clear information about our services.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and team members, ensuring proper documentation.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹10,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
