Job Description
TCR CAFE is seeking a passionate Barista to become part of our dedicated team. In this role, you will prepare and serve a variety of coffee and coffee-based beverages in a welcoming café atmosphere. Ideal candidates should possess a strong understanding of different brewing techniques, including pour-over, French press, and espresso, as well as a familiarity with the characteristics of various coffee beans.
Your responsibilities will include operating espresso machines, creating beautiful latte art, preparing beverages, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, you may have opportunities to participate in coffee sourcing and recipe development.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,00.00 – ₹22,441.60 per month
Schedule: Day and Morning shifts
