Job Description
TE Connectivity is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate II to join our Customer Service Teams. In this role, you will interact directly with customers, sales representatives, and service teams to manage various pre-sales and post-sales functions. You will handle transactions through phone, internet, and correspondence while responding to inquiries about TE’s products and services. Additionally, you will promote and sell our offerings and investigate customer complaints, all while building strong relationships through our Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.
