Job Description
TECHOLAS TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD is seeking a Full-time Soft Skills Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication and interpersonal skills, along with exceptional presentation and facilitation abilities. Proficiency in various soft skill training methodologies is crucial, and prior experience in training or coaching is highly desirable.
Your role will involve providing coaching and mentorship to enhance professional growth, monitoring progress, and delivering constructive feedback to participants. Additionally, you will support students with placement efforts and interview preparation.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹14,00 to ₹20,00 per month, with both day and morning shifts available. Weekend availability is preferred, and this position requires in-person attendance.
