Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated KYC Associate to join our team at Telebroad Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Investor onboarding and handling KYC documents.
- Managing distributor relationships and addressing customer queries and escalations.
- Overseeing CRM management and collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues within specified turnaround times (TAT).
- Ensuring prompt resolution of all queries.
- Proficient use of Excel is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,00.00 – ₹29,00.00 per month
Benefits include health insurance and provident fund.
Schedule: Day shift
Experience: 2 years of total work (preferred)
