Job Description
Telebroad Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Investor Onboarding and managing KYC documents
- Building and maintaining distributor relationships
- Addressing customer and distributor queries and escalations
- Managing our CRM system
- Collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues within specified turnaround times (TAT)
- Ensuring timely resolution of all queries
- Possessing decent Excel skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, 4 years of total work experience, and proficiency in English and Hindi.
