Job Description
THE CAREER LINE is actively seeking a committed Company Secretary to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will take charge of organizing and supporting annual general meetings, delivering legal and strategic guidance, and ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance.
This is a full-time, permanent role with an annual salary range of ₹700,00.00 to ₹1,00,00.00, complemented by benefits including health insurance and a Provident Fund.
Candidates are expected to hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Company Secretary role. Proficiency in both Hindi and English is preferred.
