Job Description
THE COVAI CAREERS is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Field Collection Executive. In this role, you will manage the collection of outstanding debts from clients while fostering and maintaining professional relationships.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of the collection process. While previous experience in collections or customer service is preferred, it is not mandatory. A valid driver’s license is required as this position involves traveling.
