Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Tele Caller Executive to manage the daily operations of our studio at theDschool. The ideal candidate will handle studio scheduling, coordinate with students, and provide outstanding customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage studio appointments and client requests.
- Call leads, coordinate with students, and conduct follow-ups.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the creative team to fulfill client needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
