Job Description
TOPLINK HYUNDAI is on the lookout for enthusiastic and customer-centric individuals to join our vibrant team as Customer Care Executives (CCE). In this essential role, you will contribute significantly to enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 150 outbound calls to customers daily
- Successfully reach out to at least 75 customers
- Schedule 5-6 car service appointments each day
- Conduct service reminders and follow-ups
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system
- Exhibit professionalism and courtesy in all communications
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: ₹10,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
Experience Required: 1 year of cold calling experience
Language Requirement: Proficiency in Hindi
