Job Description
TOWN BRIDGE HOTELS & SUITES is actively seeking a dedicated Front Office Assistant who possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates must have proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally greet and assist visitors.
- Manage incoming calls and emails efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and maintain executive calendars.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support.
- Handle and distribute mail appropriately.
- Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
