Job Description
Trackster IT Solutions OPC Pvt. Ltd. (www.trackster.in), located in Mangaon, Indapur City, Raigad District, Maharashtra, is currently hiring a Customer Support Executive. This is a full-time, permanent role with a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₹10,00.00 to ₹18,00.00.
Key Responsibilities:
- Addressing customer complaints through phone communications
- Generating service tickets within the ERP system
- Coordinating on-site service visits
- Overseeing service inventory management
- Administering SIM card management and tracking platforms
A Master’s degree along with a minimum of one year of customer service experience is preferred for this position.
