Job Description
Transorze Solutions Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Student Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Processing inquiries received
- Uploading leads into ERP and conducting follow-ups
- Communicating with interested students via email, SMS, and WhatsApp
- Calling cold/warm leads
- Encouraging students to visit our office
- Providing daily reports to management
- Counseling students and converting inquiries to admissions
- Following up with students
Qualifications: Any Bachelor’s degree with excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month
