Roles & Responsibilities:
- Advise prospective students on their educational and career objectives.
- Make outbound calls and follow up on inquiries.
- Convert leads into applications by emphasizing program advantages.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads effectively.
- Stay updated on educational trends and market offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree preferred.
- Preference will be given to female candidates.
