Job Description
TruMinds Technology Inc is actively seeking a dedicated Bench Sales Recruiter to support our IT staffing needs for clients across the United States. In this role, the ideal candidate will collaborate closely with clients and prime vendors to establish a strong network for the efficient placement of candidates.
Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing job openings, validating candidates’ qualifications, coordinating interviews, and overseeing the onboarding process. Proficiency with job boards such as Dice and LinkedIn, coupled with exceptional communication and analytical skills, is highly desirable.
This is a full-time position offering an annual salary between ₹200,00.00 and ₹300,00.00, along with paid time off benefits.
