Job Description
TrunkCalls Teleservices LLP is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Outbound Survey Agent. In this position, you will make outbound calls to collect valuable market insights from both individuals and businesses. Your main duties will include following a scripted questionnaire, entering data accurately, and maintaining high call quality. You will work towards meeting daily and weekly performance targets, all while upholding compliance and confidentiality standards.
This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹8,687.62 to ₹32,016.74 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance and a provident fund. We provide flexible shift options, including evening, night, and rotational schedules.
