Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative who will handle inbound calls and provide assistance to customers regarding their inquiries, requests, and concerns. Key responsibilities include logging requests in our CRM system, generating leads, and informing customers about our latest products.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional verbal communication skills and a strong emphasis on customer service. Familiarity with banking and credit card products is preferred.
