Job Description
Urbanaura Realty Private Limited is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Voice Process Executives. In this important role, you will manage incoming calls and chats to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Your key responsibilities will include identifying customer needs, providing accurate product information, addressing complaints, and documenting customer interactions. You will also update customer records to enhance their overall experience.
This is a full-time, permanent position open to fresh graduates. The salary ranges from ₹26,408.12 to ₹36,593.28 per month, along with benefits such as a flexible schedule and an annual bonus. The position requires working in person during daytime shifts.
