Job Description
V G P UNIVERSAL KINGDOM is looking for a dedicated Floor Incharge to manage daily operations. This essential role ensures a smooth workflow, effective staff oversight, and high levels of customer satisfaction while complying with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee floor activities and manage staff performance.
- Maintain product display and enforce safety protocols.
- Efficiently address customer inquiries.
- Conduct daily inspections of operations.
- Train and assess new employees.
Skills & Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory position is required.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹20,00 – ₹23,00/month
