Job Description
Join us at V Trust Eye Hospital in Vadakara as a Hospital Administrator. We are seeking a qualified individual with a minimum of three years of experience in hospital administration or a related field. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Hospital Administration or a comparable discipline.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives, managing daily operations, overseeing financial performance, ensuring quality control and compliance, recruiting and training staff, coordinating patient care, maintaining facilities, and implementing technology solutions.
This position offers several benefits, including cell phone reimbursement, overtime pay, performance bonuses, and yearly bonuses. Candidates should be able to work in-person in Calicut, Kerala, with preference given to those who can commute or relocate.
