Job Description
Qualifications: Candidates must have completed at least 12th grade or hold a BA degree.
Experience: We welcome both fresh graduates and experienced professionals to apply.
Language Requirements: Proficiency in Oriya, Bengali, Punjabi, Assamese, or Gujarati is essential, as candidates must be able to read these languages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephonic interviews and surveys.
- Respond promptly to outbound calls.
- Utilize communication scripts for various campaigns.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with respondents.
- Accurately document conversations in our database.
- Achieve both personal and team performance targets.
Job Type: Full-time, Freshers encouraged to apply.
Compensation: ₹12,504.81 – ₹16,00.00 per month.
