Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to handle order management, ensure exceptional customer service, and facilitate order tracking and closure. This role involves regular interaction with customers to resolve queries and complaints, both via email and mobile platforms. Strong communication skills, a polite demeanor, and the ability to convince customers are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred, along with experience in using WhatsApp, email, and social media for customer interaction.

Salary: ₹10,602.75 – ₹22,00.00 per month
