Job Description
Vigneshsoft Innovations PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated and skilled Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will identify client requirements for IT resources, manage the entire bench sales cycle, and arrange interviews with top-tier vendors and clients.
The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of proven experience in bench sales within the US IT consulting industry, with strong communication skills and a good understanding of US staffing, tax terms (W2, Corp2Corp, 1099), and recruiting processes.
This full-time position offers a salary between ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month, with benefits including a Provident Fund and performance bonuses. The work schedule is a night shift, and proficiency in English is preferred.
