Job Description
Vikings Media & Malhar Infotech is actively seeking a dedicated Telecaller to handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services, generating leads, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 0-1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service.
- Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
