Job Description
Join our team at Virtusa as an IT Operations specialist. We are looking for candidates with proven experience in ticket resolution and operational portal management. Proficiency in content updates, SQL queries for troubleshooting, and system monitoring is essential. Familiarity with ITIL best practices and hands-on experience with CMS tools are required.
Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration are a must. Also, candidates should be equipped to assist users with Salesforce queries and troubleshoot integration issues. Knowledge of data import/export tools and familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and Classic UI are preferred.
