Job Description
VSAN PURSUE EDUSOLUTIONS is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to serve as the initial point of contact for prospective students and their parents. In this role, you will guide them through the admissions process, assist with course selection, and provide comprehensive information about our educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to engage potential students.
- Respond to incoming inquiries about courses and admissions.
- Maintain an organized database of leads and follow-ups.
- Assist the counseling and admissions team as needed.
Requirements:
- 0–1 years of experience preferred; we welcome fresh graduates.
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English.
