Job Description
Watchyourhealth.com India Private Limited is thrilled to offer an opportunity for the position of Medical Claims Processor. In this role, you will assist clients with health claims and address inquiries regarding their policy coverage.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Helping clients with claim submissions and tracking their progress.
- Responding to employee inquiries via phone calls and emails.
- Collaborating with internal teams to facilitate efficient claims processing.
- Occasionally traveling 2-3 times a week to resolve customer issues.
The salary for this position ranges from ₹20,00 to ₹24,00 CTC, along with additional benefits, including a provident fund. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- No Criminal Record
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Good Communication Skills
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
