Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated TPA Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage CRM implants for claim support at client locations.
Your responsibilities will include resolving customer queries on policy coverage and health claim processes, facilitating claims app usage for submission and tracking, and responding to employee calls and emails as a direct SPOC for specific corporates.
Travel is required twice a week between branches to address customer queries. A strong command of English communication is essential.
