Position: CRM Executive specializing in health insurance client support.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver CRM support for claims at client locations.
• Resolve customer inquiries regarding policy coverage and claims.
• Assist with claim submissions and tracking through our app.
• Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate claim processing.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in health insurance.
• Graduate degree.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel twice a week.

Salary: ₹20,00 to ₹25,00 CTC, along with benefits.
