Job Description
Whole9Yards Online LLP is actively seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to provide essential support to our Founder. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in executive communication, travel arrangements, and calendar management. Key responsibilities include maintaining an organized filing system, ensuring confidentiality, and delivering comprehensive administrative assistance. A minimum of 4 years of direct experience working with CEOs or Founders is required.
Location: Kolkata | Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month | Schedule: Day shift.
Qualified applicants should possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, excellent organizational and communication abilities, and preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree. Proficiency in both English and Hindi is preferred.
