Job Description
Wilton Hotel & Restaurants is looking for an enthusiastic and personable Guest Relations Executive to enhance our team. The selected candidate will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our guests, addressing their needs, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival.
- Assist with inquiries and manage reservations.
- Professionally resolve complaints and concerns.
- Coordinate guest events and activities.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: ₹12,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month.
