Job Description
Wrixty Services Pvt Limited is seeking an enthusiastic International Customer Service Advisor to enhance our dynamic team. In this position, you will be responsible for addressing customer queries related to ticket bookings and cancellations, managing inquiries through phone calls and web chat, and delivering exceptional customer support within the travel industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹34,699.42 per month
Benefits: Health insurance and Provident Fund.
Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi is preferred.
