Job Description

We are looking for a Control Resiliency Tester to join our team at WTW. The ideal candidate will perform controls on both on-prem and cloud environments, assess control design adequacy, and evaluate operating effectiveness. Key responsibilities include testing ITGC controls, reporting gaps, supporting control owners, and keeping updated with IS regulations. Candidates should hold a degree in a related field and have 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential.
