Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Tele Calling Executive to join our team at YAGGNA GROUPS. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls and addressing customer queries.
- Identifying prospects, pitching products, and converting leads.
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintaining relationships to retain customers.
- Updating records in our CRM software.
- Adhering to company compliance and data protection policies.
- Communicating with professionalism and courtesy.
Job Types: Full-time, Freshers are welcome to apply. Pay: ₹12,00 – ₹16,00 per month. Day shift available. Performance bonuses included.
