Job Description
YourDOST is an innovative online counseling and emotional support platform dedicated to promoting mental wellness. We invite you to join our team as a Customer Support Intern. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries through email, phone, and chat, collaborating with team members to resolve user and expert issues, and staying informed about our products and services. Additionally, you will gather customer feedback to drive internal improvements and monitor dashboards while coordinating with subject matter experts.
Requirements: Candidates should be recent graduates or postgraduates with strong English communication skills, familiarity with Google Workspace, and a willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Internship Duration: 6 months, 9 hours a day, 6 days a week, based in our HSR Layout, Bangalore office.
